Villa Hotel Valle del Marta Resort is set just out of Tarquinia's historic center, in the River Marta Valley. The gardens have a pool and great views. Villa Valle del Marta overlooks Tarquinia's old city walls and fields which lead down to the sea. It is surrounded by vineyards and liquors are made on site. Free bikes are available at the Valle del Marta Resort. Busses stop right outside the gate. There is also a beauty farm and wellness center with sauna and hot tub. Some rooms have a spa bath. Hotel Valle del Marta has a TV room and games are provided. The restaurant is only open for lunch and dinner served in the room, with fixed or à la carte menu, by requesting it in advance. Alternatively, you can enjoy your dinner in one of the historic center restaurants taking advantage of our free shuttle service from the Hotel to Barriera San Giusto in Tarquinia (until 10. 30 pm).

Seasonal ingredients from the Viterbo region take centre stage here, while the chef’s green philosophy is clearly explained on the first page of the menu. Book in advance if you want to enjoy the views from the beautiful outdoor space, as there are only a few tables here.

Situated away from the sea at the foot of a medieval district, this intimate restaurant boasts a historic decor dotted with modern details such as black parquet flooring and industrial-style pipes. The cuisine created by chef Gianluca Formichella demonstrates the same blend of traditional style and modern touches in imaginative meat and fish dishes with a personalised twist. The tasting menu offers excellent value for money.
