Our 2 bedroom apartment is just like having a second home. One bedroom has two queen beds and overlooks the front grounds, one bedroom has one queen bed and overlooks the Trinity River. A queen sofa sleeper is available , just in case you need the extra space. The apartment is located on the second floor and there are no rooms above it. We offer daily housekeeping for all our rooms. This one-bedroom Kitchenette has Two Queen beds. All of our rooms come with daily housekeeping services. The kitchenette has a 4-burner stove top, cooking supplies, dishes, flatware, midi-fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. The bath is equipped with a hair dryer and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The room includes crisp clean linens, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV with DirecTV programming, Air conditioning/Heat, and, of course, free Wi-Fi. Just out the kitchen door is a back patio with a picnic table and BBQ. From the Patio you have a full view of the back yard and the Trinity River. The room is on the ground floor with no rooms above it. It is located just across the drive from the Pool and the horseshoe pits

This large studio has One king sized bed & a twin bed, a table with 2 chairs and a bar sink area with a nice sized counter. You can lay in bed and look out of the two large picture windows at the night sky. The room also looks out on the large back yard and the river. It comes with all the standard amenities: a coffee maker, midi-fridge, microwave, flat screen TV with DirecTV programming, Air Conditioning/Heat, and, of course, free Wi-Fi. This Studio does not have a private bath en-suite but instead 2 shared bathrooms directly next door. Just down the hall are the River Room and breezeway common areas. These two areas are great to relax and watch the river, read a book, play board games or watch the most current sporting event on the TV.
