Guest scores & sentiment
From 160 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-18
Guests consistently praise the exceptionally friendly and professional staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast buffet. The resort offers a beautiful, tranquil environment with convenient nearby transport. Main concerns revolve around ongoing construction noise and dust, the sprawling layout requiring frequent shuttles, and occasional lapses in facility maintenance, room cleanliness, and dining billing transparency.
