This spa complex is situated at the foot of the largest Alpine mountains around 1 km from the town of Kaprun, where guests will find shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife and a train station. The bus station is just 200 metres from the hotel, while the Kaprun cross-country ski runs are a 5-minute walk and the Maiskogel ski slopes are a 10-minute walk.
