Under your feet, integrated into the hotel’s design, there’s an eight-metre stretch of decumanus corresponding to a street on the east-west axis that dates back to the Roman Empire. Our charming hotel is located in the Plaza de Santo Domingo in the heart of the old town area, which embraces the historical Roman Wall built more than 17 centuries ago to protect the ancient city of Lucus Augusti. The iconic Abastos Market, the Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor and the Provincial Museum lie just a few metres away. As does the Praza do Campo, the epicentre of Lugo’s gastronomy.
