Tokyu

Tokyu Hotels traces its hotel business to Tokyu International Hotels, established in 1959, and the opening of Ginza Tokyu Hotel in 1960 as the first property under the Tokyu Hotel brand. In 2002, the Tokyu Hotel Chain and Tokyu Inn Chain were integrated under the Tokyu Hotels name, and Tokyu Hotels Comfort Members was launched. As of April 2026, the company describes its network as 66 hotels and 13,635 rooms: 63 hotels in Japan and 3 overseas partner hotels. The official hotel list is broad rather than single-segment: THE CAPITOL HOTEL TOKYU is presented as a flagship, Tokyu Hotel and Tokyu Resort Hotels sit toward the more full-service and resort-oriented side, while Excel Hotel Tokyu, Tokyu REI Hotel, Stream Hotel and Storyline cover urban, practical and newer stay formats. The group runs TOKYU HOTELS COMFORT MEMBERS, a free membership program with points and hotel/restaurant benefits, and also offers mileage accrual with JAL Mileage Bank and ANA Mileage Club on eligible stays.
