Sotetsu
Sotetsu Hotels is the hotel platform of the Sotetsu Group, centered on Sotetsu Holdings, and operated by Sotetsu Hotel Management for directly managed and partner hotels in Japan and overseas. Its roots combine the Sunroute chain, established in 1970, and Sotetsu Inn, established in 2006; the first Sotetsu Fresa Inn opened in 2007, and in 2017 the hotel businesses of Sotetsu Inn and Sunroute were split into Sotetsu Hotel Management. Official materials describe the network as about 80 hotels under the Sotetsu Hotels name, including directly managed and partner hotels, with current listings in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand. The group is positioned mainly around accommodation-focused, station-convenient, functional stays rather than luxury hospitality: Sotetsu Fresa Inn emphasizes smart value near major stations, while Sotetsu Grand Fresa is presented as an upper-comfort extension of Fresa Inn. The loyalty program is SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB, launched as the official app in 2019.
