Radisson traces its roots to the first Radisson hotel in Minneapolis in 1909, later expanding under Carlson and then being reshaped under the Radisson Hotel Group name in 2018. The group’s current hotel family ranges from luxury and upper-end lifestyle brands such as Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu and Radisson RED to city-focused Park Plaza, the core Radisson brand, midscale Park Inn by Radisson and the value-led design brand now marketed as Prize by Radisson. Radisson’s own loyalty program is Radisson Rewards, covering member benefits across more than 800 properties in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific; professional bookers and meeting planners are addressed through Radisson Rewards Bookers & Planners. In the Americas, Radisson Hotels Americas was sold to Choice Hotels in 2022, so regional brand ownership and loyalty participation can differ from the Radisson Hotel Group platform.
