Okura Nikko
Okura Nikko Hotels is the hotel network of Japan’s Hotel Okura group. Its roots go back to Hotel Okura Co., Ltd., founded in 1958, with the first Hotel Okura opening in 1962. The group added JAL Hotels through a majority-share acquisition in 2010, then integrated hotel-chain operations in 2015 as Okura Nikko Hotel Management. Today the official site presents Okura Nikko Hotels as a worldwide portfolio spanning economy to luxury hotels, with three core brand families: Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City. Positioning runs from Okura’s luxury/5-star hotel identity, through Nikko’s premium business-and-leisure hotels, to the comfort-focused Hotel JAL City brand. The group’s loyalty program is One Harmony, covering Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City.
