Mitsui Garden Hotels is operated by Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd., a Mitsui Fudosan-owned hotel management company established on May 8, 1981. Its first Mitsui Garden Hotel opened in Osaka in January 1984, and the company later unified hotel names under the Mitsui Garden Hotels brand in 2005. The official brand page lists 40 hotels as of April 2026, with properties across Japan and one in Taipei. The portfolio covers Mitsui Garden Hotels, positioned around urban stays for business as well as leisure, retreats and longer stays; The Celestine Hotels, built around local experience, private style and personalized hospitality in Tokyo and Kyoto; and sequence, described by the company as lifestyle hotels based on smart, open and culture concepts. The group runs MGH Rewards Club, a free-to-join loyalty program with member discounts, points, rank-based benefits and an app.
