Mitsui Garden Hotels is operated by Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd., a Mitsui Fudosan-owned hotel management company established on May 8, 1981. Its first Mitsui Garden Hotel opened in Osaka in January 1984, and the company later unified hotel names under the Mitsui Garden Hotels brand in 2005.
