Public reporting in 2024 described the group as having more than 400 hotels open or in the pipeline across more than 40 countries; another report listed 357 operating hotels and 71 signed hotels. Its brand architecture spans Meliá’s own Luxury, Premium and Essential tiers, covering resort, urban and lifestyle stays rather than sitting in a single luxury or midscale lane. The loyalty program is MeliáRewards, which Meliá describes as the Meliá Hotels International program for earning and redeeming points, with White, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.
