Michelin-starred 1

La Villa

★ Michelin€€€Classic Cuisine, French

A really lovely restaurant located slightly above the town… and it's not just the interior that is elegant and stylish – the food certainly holds its own. The classic/French-based dishes are subtly polished by the chef, as he brings in regional influences; this approach works particularly well with the saddle of fallow deer, for example. The best way to experience the handiwork of the kitchen is to opt for the set menu, "Le Pin". A vegetarian set menu is also available. At midday they only offer a simple lunch menu with two or three courses. Convenient: parking in front of the establishment.

MIURA in Čeladná offers contemporary regional cuisine with generally high food quality ratings. Diners praise dishes like tartare, aged roast beef, and the 'Taste of Beskids' tasting menu, though some report inconsistent seasoning or preparation. Service is typically described as friendly and professional, with isolated complaints regarding pacing. The ambiance features artistic decor and scenic views, yet some find it cold or note cleanliness issues. Value perception is divided; while many feel the experience justifies the cost, others criticize small portions and high prices compared to local alternatives.

Suitable for diners seeking an artistic atmosphere and local specialties who are less price-sensitive.
