Regina and Markus Schupp, after whom this restaurant is named, are both professionally trained chefs. Here they rustle up seasonal dishes inspired by the cuisines of France and Germany. Delicious examples include scallops au gratin with green asparagus, Jerusalem artichoke and almond, or venison ragout with cranberries, Brussels sprout leaves and sour cream.
