Restaurant Tossal Gros
In Prenafeta, a district to the east of Montblanc, and as a complement to the Escoda-Sanahuja winery (a pioneer in natural wines from organic farming in Catalonia), this restaurant occupies a restored farmhouse in the heart of nature, overlooking the mountains and surrounding vineyards. In the kitchen, Russian-born chef Vladislav Degtyarev shows a clear dedication to Mediterranean tradition, based on seasonal and local organic produce, much of which is grown on the farm itself.
