Delphine Ronsyn
Chef Delphine Ronsyn designed this spacious restaurant, less than a kilometre from her family farm, and whose picture windows and terrace command fantastic views of the surrounding fields and meadows. Naturally enough, Delphine is a champion of local produce and her region, courtesy of unfussy bistro fare that is deceptively simple and straightforward. She may serve lobster glazed in aromatic tomatoes, flanked by mozzarella cream, tender artichoke and rocket leaf salad.
