Rüssel's Landhaus
The charm of this country house already makes itself felt as you approach via a small bridge – the character of the idyllic old mill has been beautifully preserved and adapted for modern dining. The decor reflects the passion that Ruth and Harald Rüssel have poured into their establishment, as does the food. In the kitchen, the chef-patron and his son Frederik act as a dual force at the helm and, supported by their capable team, they serve up a set menu comprising four to seven courses.
