Quintilio
For over a century, and from generation to generation, Quintilio has acted as a junction between two beautiful regions, Liguria and Piedmont – and not just in a geographical sense. These regions take pride of place on the wine list (overseen by the friendly and talented owner Lorena) as well as on the menu, which is created daily with dishes made from top-quality local ingredients full of flavour. Regional specialities such as plin, Ligurian-style rabbit tortelli, risottos, vitello tonnato (veal) and brain are all skilfully reinterpreted with a modern twist by owner-chef Luca Bazzano.

Quintilio specializes in country and modern cuisine, praised for fresh ingredients and elegant presentation. Guests frequently commend the professional, warm service and refined atmosphere, which includes private dining rooms. Signature dishes like fish soup and traditional pasta receive high marks. However, some reviews note noise levels and rushed pacing that detract from the experience. While most find the quality exceptional, a minority criticize the high prices and value for money, with isolated complaints regarding payment policies. Overall, it offers a reliable, high-quality culinary experience suitable for those seeking authentic flavors in a sophisticated setting, though diners should be aware of potential noise and speed issues.
Ideal for diners prioritizing ingredient quality and service detail who can tolerate occasional noise.
