The card has a $95 annual fee, not waived the first year.

Earns 3x gas, 1x other, 3x dining, 3x travel, 3x groceries.

Once per calendar year, cardholders get $100 off a single hotel stay of $500 or more (excluding taxes and fees) booked through CitiTravel.com.

Earns 10x on hotels, car rentals and attractions booked via CitiTravel.com; 3x on air travel, other hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and gas/EV charging; and 1x on everything else.

The card charges no foreign transaction fee on purchases made abroad or in foreign currency.

The Strata Premier includes no airport lounge access or membership; lounge access sits with the higher-fee Citi Strata Elite instead.

Effective April 19, 2026, ThankYou point transfers to Emirates Skywards moved to a 1:0.8 ratio for Strata Premier (and Strata Elite/Prestige) cardholders, reducing transfer value to that partner.

The standard public welcome offer is 60,000 bonus ThankYou Points after spending $4,000 in the first 3 months; a limited-time 75,000-point offer has also circulated, so the live amount varies by application.

Points transfer to roughly 21 partners (about 16 airlines and 5 hotels), including American Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific, EVA Air, JetBlue, Singapore Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Choice, Accor and Wyndham, mostly at 1:1.

Benefits include trip cancellation and interruption, trip delay, lost/damaged luggage coverage, and Mastercard car rental (MasterRental) coverage.
