Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport SZBWMSA
Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (SZB), usually called Subang Airport or Subang SkyPark, is Kuala Lumpur’s close-in city airport rather than the main long-haul hub; KLIA remains the primary international gateway. SZB is strongest for domestic Malaysia and short regional services, with Firefly based here as a key hub and Batik Air Malaysia, AirAsia, Scoot, TransNusa and other regional/charter operators present. It is not a major global-alliance transfer hub: expect mostly point-to-point flying, smaller terminal processes and fewer premium facilities than KLIA. The passenger operation is concentrated at SkyPark Terminal, while the wider airport also has business aviation, MRO and private-flight activity.
