Marseille Provence Airport (MRS) is the main international airport for Marseille and Provence, but it is not a mega-hub or an alliance fortress. Treat it as a strong regional and leisure airport with a broad mix of domestic France, European, North African and a limited number of longer-haul routes. Ryanair is the dominant low-cost presence and uses Terminal 2; most full-service and many other carriers, including Air France, Lufthansa, British Airways, Air Corsica, Volotea and Transavia, use Terminal 1.
