Kuala Lumpur International Airport KULWMKK

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) is Malaysia’s main international gateway and a practical Southeast Asia hub for both network and low-cost connections. Malaysia Airlines is the home oneworld carrier here, while AirAsia and AirAsia X are centered on Terminal 2; Batik Air Malaysia also has a substantial KUL operation. Terminal 1 is the main full-service terminal, with Malaysia Airlines and many long-haul/international carriers using the main building, contact pier and Satellite A. Terminal 2, formerly klia2, is built around low-cost traffic, especially AirAsia. For the city, KLIA Ekspres is usually the cleanest frequent-flyer choice: non-stop to KL Sentral in about 30 minutes from T1 and about 33 minutes from T2, avoiding road traffic.
