Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport HLPWIHH
Halim Perdanakusuma (HLP) is Jakarta’s closer-in secondary airport in East Jakarta, sharing the airfield with an Indonesian Air Force base. Despite the “International” name, scheduled passenger use is mainly domestic and regional, while Jakarta’s long-haul and alliance connectivity is concentrated at Soekarno-Hatta (CGK). HLP is useful for frequent flyers heading to East Jakarta, South Jakarta, Bekasi or domestic points served by carriers such as Batik Air, Citilink and Susi Air; it is not a major global-alliance hub.
