Dublin Airport DUBEIDW

Dublin Airport (DUB) is Ireland’s main international gateway, with a strong short- and medium-haul network across Ireland, the UK and Europe plus a significant North America focus. Aer Lingus and Aer Lingus Regional use Dublin as their core hub, while Ryanair is a major base carrier; Aer Lingus is part of IAG but is not currently a oneworld member, so DUB feels less like a single-alliance mega-hub and more like a mixed network airport. Terminal 2 is especially important for Aer Lingus, IAG partners, several U.S. carriers and Emirates, and U.S.-bound passengers usually benefit from U.S. Preclearance before departure. Terminal 1 handles most other airlines, including most Ryanair operations. For the city, airport coaches are usually the simplest choice: Dublin Express and Aircoach link the airport with central stops, with typical journeys around 25-40 minutes depending on traffic and stop pattern; there is no direct rail link to the airport.
