Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport DLCZYTL

Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport (DLC) is Dalian’s current airport and a key Northeast China gateway about 10 km northwest of the city centre. It is not a mega alliance hub, but it has a dense domestic network plus regional international services, especially to Japan and Korea, with some Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan-style regional traffic depending on schedules. Dalian Airlines is based here; China Southern and Hainan also have a meaningful presence. For frequent flyers, think of DLC as a compact, urban airport: convenient to town, generally straightforward, but not built like a large international transfer complex. The new offshore Jinzhouwan airport project is intended to replace Zhoushuizi in the future, but as of 2026-06-21 regular passenger operations remain at DLC.
