Monarch Airlines (IATA: ZB) was a UK airline headquartered at London Luton, with operating bases that included Birmingham, London Gatwick, Manchester and Leeds Bradford. In its later years it was positioned as a low-cost, short- and medium-haul leisure carrier rather than a full-service network airline, with routes focused on holiday markets such as the Mediterranean, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece and Turkey.
