BVI Airways
BVI Airways was an airline associated with the British Virgin Islands, with its headquarters and hub listed at Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island, serving Tortola and the wider territory. The sources found describe it as defunct: it previously operated regional passenger services and later shifted focus toward a proposed nonstop Tortola-Miami service, but the government source describes that direct-airlift project as failed. I did not find reliable sourced evidence of membership in oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam, or of a proprietary frequent-flyer program. For travelers, this is mainly a historical/identification entry rather than a carrier to book or credit today; if the name appears in old records, verify the actual operating airline and ticketing carrier before relying on schedule, baggage or mileage-credit assumptions.
