Public, traveler-facing information on Mongolian Airways Cargo (IATA: XF) is limited. The sources checked identify XF/MGW with Mongolian Airways in Mongolia, using the call sign GREAT MONGOLIAN and listed under charter airlines rather than scheduled passenger airlines. I did not find an official source showing membership in oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam, nor an official frequent-flyer program for XF.
