Universal Airways (UV) appears in available sources as a historical U.S. commuter airline associated with Houston rather than a current bookable carrier. The clearest route evidence is from 1979 airport-history records: service from Houma, Louisiana to Houston Hobby via Patterson and to New Orleans, plus Hattiesburg/Laurel to New Orleans. For travelers, this is mainly a legacy-airline reference: I found no reliable source documenting membership in oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam, and no source documenting a frequent-flyer program to which flights could be credited.
