Thai SmartLynx

Thai SmartLynx is a Thailand-based ACMI airline that began with operations based at Bangkok Don Mueang International Airport. Its role is capacity provision rather than a conventional public route network: under the ACMI model it supplies aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance to other airlines, with charter-style capacity also part of the wider BBN/SmartLynx service model. I found no reliable public source showing membership in oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam, or a Thai SmartLynx-run frequent-flyer program. For travelers, that makes the marketing or ticketing airline especially important: check the carrier shown on the ticket for baggage, service recovery, lounge or elite benefits, and mileage credit rules.
