Tandem Aero
Tandem Aero (IATA: TQ) was a Moldova-based airline headquartered in Chisinau, with Chisinau International Airport shown as its home base/hub. The available sources describe it as a former passenger charter airline that also operated contracted services for Air Moldova and, in its final phase, a very small scheduled passenger operation. Its air operator certificate was revoked in April 2019, effectively ending operations. I did not find reliable evidence that Tandem Aero belonged to oneworld, Star Alliance, or SkyTeam, or that it ran its own frequent-flyer program.
