Hong Kong Air Cargo (IATA: RH) is a Hong Kong-rooted all-cargo airline, with Hong Kong (HKG) as the practical center of its operation. Its own materials describe scheduled and charter cargo services, operated with Airbus A330-200F freighters, across Asia and selected longer-haul markets. It is not listed as a member of oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam, and the airline does not publish a traveler frequent-flyer program in the official pages reviewed.
