Manta Air

Manta Air is a Maldivian airline with its registered office in Male; its own site lists Velana International Airport and describes VIA as the Maldives’ main gateway. For travelers, the airline is best understood as a domestic/regional Maldives carrier rather than a global network airline: it promotes ATR domestic flights and DHC-6 Twin Otter seaplane services for island connections. I did not find an official Manta Air page for membership in oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam, nor a published frequent-flyer program in the sources reviewed, so crediting should be treated as a case-by-case booking-channel question rather than assumed mileage earning.
