Red Air

RED Air (IATA L5) is a Dominican airline with administrative offices in Santo Domingo; published airline-reference data lists La Romana International Airport as its hub. RED Air’s own site says it began commercial scheduled passenger operations in November 2021. For travelers, the public footprint points to a small regional/leisure passenger network, with RED Air Cargo offered on its operating routes. I did not find official evidence that RED Air belongs to oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam, or that it runs a named frequent-flyer program, so treat mileage crediting as non-alliance unless your fare or operating partner explicitly says otherwise.
