Cubana de Aviación (CU) is Cuba’s state-owned flag carrier, headquartered in Havana, with its main base at José Martí International Airport. It is not listed as a member of oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam, and I did not find an official, citable frequent-flyer program operated by Cubana. For travelers, Cubana is best treated as a small national carrier rather than a global-alliance airline: its network is centered on Cuba with limited international links and some codeshare/interline relationships, while recent reporting shows that long-haul service can be affected by partner-operator and sanctions-related disruptions.
