Centralwings
Centralwings (IATA: C0) was a Polish airline associated with LOT Polish Airlines. Sources place it in Warsaw, with Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport as its main base and Kraków among its hubs. For travelers, it is best understood as a historical low-cost and later charter carrier: it operated European services with Boeing 737 aircraft, then shifted to charter-only flying in 2008 and ceased operations in 2009. I found sources identifying Centralwings as a former Star Alliance affiliate through LOT, but no source showing a Centralwings-run frequent-flyer program.
