Seaborne Airlines

Seaborne Airlines (BB/SBS) is a U.S. Caribbean carrier with official addresses in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands. Its current public positioning is regional rather than long-haul or low-cost: Seaborne says its main focus is rebuilding seaplane service between St. Croix and St. Thomas, and its destinations page lists those two islands.
