Belavia Belarusian Airlines (B2) is the flag carrier of Belarus, headquartered in Minsk and based around Minsk National Airport as its main hub. For travelers, it is best understood as a Minsk-centered scheduled carrier with a regional/international network across CIS markets, parts of Asia and the Middle East, plus some charter activity rather than a low-cost or cargo-only airline.
