Onur Air
Onur Air (8Q/OHY) was a Turkish low-cost carrier based in Istanbul, with Istanbul Airport used as its later base/hub. Its network was a mix of domestic scheduled flying and leisure/charter activity, with archived schedules showing Istanbul-linked routes such as Antalya, Odessa, Dusseldorf, Kuwait and Cologne. The airline had its own frequent-flyer program, OnurExtra, rather than a major global-alliance program. Travelers researching old tickets, claims or mileage credit should treat Onur Air as a defunct carrier: sources report operations suspended in 2021 and bankruptcy proceedings in April 2022.
