Official FlyOne news says FlyOne Asia launched regular services from Tashkent to Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Kazan, making it most relevant for point-to-point travel between Uzbekistan and nearby regional markets rather than alliance-based long-haul itineraries. I found no official indication that FlyOne Asia belongs to oneworld, Star Alliance or SkyTeam, and no published mileage frequent-flyer program to credit flights to; travelers should treat bookings as direct-carrier purchases and check fare-family, baggage and change rules before ticketing.
