Air Libya

Air Libya is a Benghazi-based Libyan airline whose official site names Benina International Airport as its main operating base, with additional bases at Tripoli, Sebha, Mitiga and Kufrah. For travelers, it is best understood as a regional scheduled-and-charter operator rather than a global network carrier: Air Libya describes scheduled flights, non-scheduled flights, tourism and VIP charters, ambulance/evacuation flights, ACMI leases and oil-and-gas air services. I found no official Air Libya frequent-flyer program and no membership in a global airline alliance, so mileage credit should be treated as unavailable unless a ticketing carrier or charter contract states otherwise.
