Star Flyer
StarFlyer is a Japan-based regional passenger airline rooted in Kitakyushu, with service centered on Kitakyushu Airport and routes linking Tokyo Haneda, Fukuoka, Kansai Osaka, Chubu Nagoya, Yamaguchi Ube and Sendai. It is not listed among the member airlines of the three global alliances, and its own frequent-flyer program is STAR LINK. For travelers, the practical issues are route fit within Japan, the ANA and other domestic partner-connection handling, aircraft and onboard-service differences by A320 type, and the specific STAR LINK earning rules when a flight is booked under another carrier’s code.
