Organic ingredients from their own estate, Hofgut Wulksfelde, are the absolute focal point of the cooking, with the blackboard menu presenting vegetarian dishes that can be supplemented with so-called fish, poultry and meat "side dishes". "Wulksfelde herb salad, smoked fresh goat's cheese, rhubarb salsa, aigre-doux red onions" is a shining example, with its outstanding interplay of sweet, sour and bitter notes.
