The name of this restaurant is a reference to chef Ana Moura’s grandfather, who was from Porto Covo, a small coastal village south of Lisbon where she spent her summers as a child. Having worked in renowned restaurants such as Eleven and Arzak, she made the decision to return to her family roots.
