In the kitchen, chef-owner Della Croce presents a menu that strikes a pleasing balance between meat and fish, always guided by careful respect for the seasons. Among the dishes most appreciated by the Inspector is the excellent octopus alla marinara: expertly cooked in two stages and full of flavour, it is served with cherry tomatoes, garlic, olives and capers, bringing out the character of the ingredient with both simplicity and skill.

Meat takes pride of place among the main courses (with an exception for salted cod), while menu highlights include excellent fried gnocchi with local salumi and cheese.
