Daniele and Elisa are a couple of young restaurateurs who are familiar to us from their time at Blumenstube in Sant'Orsola. Having moved on, they have now opened their own restaurant in Pergine, where both the decor and the cuisine are contemporary-Alpine in style. This large farmhouse with attractively renovated rooms overlooks the verdant landscapes of the Sarca valley from its wisteria-shaded summer pergola. Young chef Giada Miori prepares regional ingredients with skill and precision, serving specialities such as traditional potato fritters and “carne salada” (salted meat) preserved by the restaurant itself, as well as char, meat from the Trentino region and mushrooms.
