The kitchen changeover at the beginning of 2025 brought into the spotlight the young and talented Trentino chef Andrea De Lillo, who skillfully draws on his extensive experience in top-tier establishments. Together with the owners, who also manage the Hotel Belfiore that houses NIN’s spaces, he has established an ultra-modern and creative cuisine based entirely on local raw materials.
