Inside, mouldings are combined with modern elements to create a chic interior. The cuisine strikes a successful balance of diverse styles, with a menu that includes Flammkuchen and cake in the afternoon, as well as Tristan Brandt's specials such as truffle fries or caviar, alongside such classics as Wiener schnitzel with warm potato salad or char and beef fillet.
