Brothers Claus and Rainer Weitbrecht are carrying on the tradition of their parents' business – the dedication of the whole family is palpable. As head chef, Claus Weitbrecht delights diners with both Swabian and international cuisine, including vegetarian dishes. The craftsmanship and harmonious flavours are excellent in equal measure. There is also a well-curated wine list. For a more upscale alternative, head to the hotel's Gourmetrestaurant. Comfortable guestrooms available.
