The cosy atmosphere and rustic charm of the Rôtisserie at the upscale Jagdhof Glashütte hotel are hard to beat – the warm wood panelling, a roaring fire in the hearth and a decorative old kitchen. And then there is the amiable and attentive front-of-house team, and a menu packed with classics. Excellent recommendations include Wittgenstein venison ragout and Wiener schnitzel made from milk-fed veal.

Serving up sushi and sashimi, as well as dishes such as shoyu ramen, bao chasu and chicken yakitori, he is dedicated to showcasing Far Eastern flavours. Perfectly suited for sharing, these dishes can also be ordered online to take away. The dining space has a chic urban feel, featuring sleek modern design with a Far Eastern touch.
