Even the drive up to the Boutique Hotel Blaue Burg is an exceptional experience: the view of the region is breathtaking, with a new photo opportunity at every turn. Against this sensational backdrop, the Schlachter family, known for their dedication to the job and their reliably good food, serves seasonally and regionally minded cuisine at Restaurant 1250 – making it a wonderful alternative to the fine dining restaurant, PAVO. The terrace with a view in the direction of the castle and Austria is simply divine. Good to know: they also serve lunch.

Set against the backdrop of the Allgäu Alps, this hotel has tasteful, comfortable guestrooms and a lovely, inviting restaurant in which cosy Alpine vibes meet elegant table settings. Affording stunning views, the terrace is a wonderful spot for a meal in summer!
